COS COB, Conn., Aug. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, Inc. (“CSSE”) (NASDAQ: CSSE, CSSEP), a growing media company building online video on-demand (“VOD”) networks that provide video content for all screens, announced today the closing of its underwritten public offering of 221,000 shares of its Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock at a public offering price of $25.00 per share generating gross proceeds of $5.525 million for the company.
The Benchmark Company and HCFP/Capital Markets LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
