CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Mar 28, 2016) - West Mountain Environmental Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WMT) announces that the maturity date of its convertible 6.5% secured bond has been extended to April 15, 2016. The Company continues negotiations with the holder of the bond for a further deferral.
Parker Wang and Cloris Chen have tendered their resignations as directors of the Company. The Company thanks them for their service.
