VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2016) - On Monday, January 25, the Fraser Institute will release a new study examining the changing levels of poverty in Canada since 1996.

The study, An Introduction to the State of Poverty in Canada, spotlights and distinguishes between those Canadians trapped in low-income versus those that are experiencing low-income for a short-term transitory period.
