Constellation Enterprises Announces Recapitalization

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 1, 2016) -  Constellation Enterprises, LLC (the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of highly engineered specialty metal products serving a diverse range of niche industrial end markets whose subsidiaries include Commercial Metal Forming, The Jorgensen Forge Corporation, Columbus Steel Castings Company and ZERO Manufacturing, is pleased to announce the closing of a series of financing transactions resulting in a strengthened capital structure.

Under the terms agreed upon and executed, the maturity date of its existing $130 million notes will be extended to February 1, 2018. In addition to amending and extending its credit facilities, the Company has received an additional equity infusion.
