NEW YORK, NY --(Marketwired - February 05, 2016) - greyhealth group ("ghg"), a leading healthcare communications services company, has acquired The Lathe, a New York-based digital design and development company focused exclusively on helping healthcare organizations utilize technologies to connect patients, caregivers, and professionals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2003, The Lathe has worked with many of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the healthcare industry with its unique approach to digital development.
