SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Feb 19, 2016) - Simavita Limited (ASX:SVA) (TSX VENTURE:SV) ("Simavita" or the "Company") refers to the Security Purchase Plan (SPP) announced and opened on January 22, 2016 and closed on February 12, 2016.
The Company advises that 1,225,000 CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) (represented by 1,225,000 common shares) were issued and allotted today, raising a total of AUD$175,000. The subscription price was AUD$0.15 per CDI, with one additional CDI being allotted at no additional cost for every 20 CDIs that were applied for.
The funds raised under the SPP will be used to support the continued roll-out of Simavita's current technologies in the US and European markets, appoint distributors and licensees who wish to access the Company's Smart Incontinence Management (SIM™) platform in Europe, and for continued product innovation.
